To James/all,
It is always interesting in many discussions the query on how many shares are outstanding. The stock goes up and the company splits its stock creating two or three times as many shares and the asset to shares relationship is diluted but people are happy. If a stock goes down because a company has more shares they are unhappy. If a company reverses it's stock and there is less stock in the market most people are unhappy unless the stock goes up and then they are happy. I guess the point we are trying to make is that the number of shares out is not what makes the investor happy, it is the value of the shares. If you buy low and sell high you are smart. If you buy high and sell low you have not made lemon aid. If you buy and still own you are an investor. If you make a decision to buy an issue at $10 and nothing material changes in the company other than the price of the stock going down, your decision was not wrong only your timing.

Just an obscure observation on our part, definitely not ment to offend
ANYONE.

Thanks The Baron

Jamess- I think we need a call on how many shares are outstanding- I think there are more than 33 million now after the conversion of the paper used to get the cash to drill and the purchase of the Australian royalty property. On the other hand, and IMO only- what asset value do you put on a field that has new oil and 2,000 acres to drill on and royalties?? I am pretty sure both numbers have or will be up and your point will still be well taken. Larry
