Henry it is my understanding that JMAR did not need the whole $10 million. That is the amount that was pledged, then the market crash changed everything. I believe that the current amount from what I have heard is sufficient to fulfill JMAR's needs with less dilution. Remember that the warrants are not dead yet, and could bring in about $12 million dollars. So, I was very happy with the less dilution. The $3.4 million should make 1998 very interesting with the new Bright Light products coming onstream.

Long-term this stock is headed for big things. The cal-asic resolution, shorting, warrants, etc. are all short-term events and should be of little concern to the long-term holders.
