Robert,
I'd like to tap your knowledge of ships. How does the 4.75 million price tag to build the SDM tugboats compare to the price tag of "normal" tugboats. Is the price expected to drop with future production. Also how good of a lock does HMAR have on this patented design. Rather than round couldn't competitors make a slightly oval tugboat. What does the patent cover?

Ah, I was joking about the bumper boats. ;o)

Another upside is that with another stock offering, Mr. Hvide will be promoting the stock price between now and Q1.

My remaining confusion is that they claimed it was touted as "the transaction is accretive to our shareholders and offers the prospect of attractive economic returns". While I would think that the amount of accretiveness would depend on how much stock has to be issued to bring debt load back in line. So is it accretive at today's price, at a $35-40 price in a few months or at a $25 price? Just wondering -- I know we cannot answer it.
