Hi longnshort; I'd bet that the average US black is about half white. When you run into blacks from Africa the difference is stunning. For that matter, the average US white has substantial Indian and some black. Every now and then you see purebred white folk here and they are amazingly pale. Go to Europe and you can see millions more just like them. The early settlers were mostly male with few females. A lot of them married (or at least had children with) Indian brides. All the new world countries are mostly mongrel. -- Carl
