Golden Gate Heights Abode Gets $725K Over Asking
Tuesday, March 26, 2013, by Sally Kuchar

430 Noriega first appeared on the market asking $1,300,000 on March 8 of this year. In the same family for over 100 years, the 4-bed, 3.5-bath fully detached home sits on a hill and comes with two adjacent lots at 1762 12th Avenue and 1757 12th Avenue. The listing tells us that "the green setting with views & expansive land gives the sense of an estate-like compound in the heart of San Francisco," and we're going to have to agree. The house is a major fixer-upper, and we sure hope that whomever bought it restores it instead of demolishes it. The property went into contract 10 days after being listed and sold for $2,025,000 yesterday.
