I didn't say that Republicans were any better at managing our deficits. I merely criticized the Democrats. You are projecting and showing your biases. I am an Independent on most issues. Sometimes I side with Democrats, usually on social, environmental, and military issues, and then sometimes with Republicans, mostly nothing recently. However, both parties are very broken. It's funny how ideologues and emotional people like yourself equate criticism of Democrats to automatically assuming membership of the Republican party. Do you really believe the Democrats are perfect and should never be criticized? Sounds like it is you who are a member of a cult. A healthy party allows for introspection and criticism. A demagogic party does not. You are being demagogic.
