The timing is very inconvenient. The Enviros would have preferred a spill after Keystone was shelved. Then they could mount an attack on rail traffic. Now if they attack the obvious problem with rail traffic they enhance pipelines as the safest choice. What's a zealot to do?
I've long felt that "oil by rail" would be the logical next focus for the Enviros, but not till Keystone is put to bed.
