Trader Greg & Thu: Thanks for the info. it is appreciated.. I was looking for the rules on illegal shorting in the NASD, but I couldn't find much, or I didn't know what I was reading..It is a lot of legaleze in here. any way here is the search site for the NASD.. I put in short,sales,illegal then the submit button.. If any one else wants to try, be may guest...I give up... BTW I also tried to find delivery, certificates but was defeated again... I know it's in there, it must be..I just can't find it nasdr.com:80/1200.htm al
