I believe you are mistaken, which seems to be par for the course you play. As tax increases on the oil industry do not appear in the Congressional Budget Office's breakdown of revenue sources for President Obama's 1.2 trillion dollar healthcare experiment, I'd say redsoxguy has hit the nail on the head: Obamacare has nothing to do with taxation of the oil and gas industry, and can thus be dismissed as irrelevant in this context. As for his other point, namely keeping politics off this board, l have to disagree with him. There's no harm in the odd political post. The odder they are, the more they make me laugh. And they don't come much odder than Mrpanick. Many thousands of additional IRS agents, Mrpanick? Really? How many is many?

As for the value of ATP's tax asset, isn't the likelihood of future profitability (or lack thereof) more relevant than the funding of healthcare legislation as deterministic factor? Just a passing thought.

That's all from me for now. Keep it real, you crazy bastards. I'll be checking up on you from time to time.
