The problem here is that, ... so many people are below the taxable rate, or at the very low end of it, ... or are not working at all, which is causing our defect to rise. Why are we, ... in the 21st century printing money at a panic rate if so many of the good people are paying there fair share of taxes? Here is the Federal income tax bracket for 2013. I am in the 28% bracket, I cant imagine paying 40% of my income in taxes and then, ... paying all the other taxes such as State, Retail, and many other taxes that we deal with daily, taxes on everything we touch and eat, I can see why people are leaving California.
