Good for you. My wife is retiring this April. I've been trying to persuade her to help me buy some houses and rent them out with her running the show. But she's tired of working and wants to take it easy. I'm really bummed. I've known housing was where the money could be made for years now, but my job just doesn't give me enough time. By the time I retire in 4-5 years, the window of opportunity will probably be gone with rates much higher than where they are now. Anyway, I'm glad you have been able to take advantage of this. It's a once a generation opportunity.
