Like the way they treat people who's license has been revoke in DC ? if they catch you they give you a ticket that you have to pay in court. So the guy who got the ticket for not having a drivers licenses drives to court pays his 25 dollars and then gets in his car to drives away, some guys are up to 50 tickets for this and it's still just 25 bucks, I think if you show them you are on welfare, they give you the 25 bucks
