Miller,

I will explain what the last sentence of the article means. All of the companies acquired by ABTX keep their own name. (At the Dain presentation, Johnny Thomas said the reason for this is to help maintain both customer loyalty and sales revenues.) Although Budd Seed was the purchaser of Lofts and Sunbelt, evidently the name of these three units will all be known as Lofts. I hope this is a sufficient answer.
