ASND is only up on the LU offer....MHO...I do believe it is worth more, however the market is reacting to the offer. Bruce

OFF TOPIC CED, good luck with ASND, but be careful - CNBC had also recently reported INTEL share buyback..., also check for insider selling below the rumored $35-$40 level. Y.
