Richard, nowadays, every other public company is named in class action. Practically speaking, when a company stock has declined significantly (more than 50%) over a short period of time, you can bet that some kind of class action will be filed. I follow some networking stocks, and with the exception of CSCO, most are being sued. (COMS and ASND were sued yesterday, CS last month, XYLN, FORE, SHVA within the last 6 months, you get the picture)

The $2 million receivable you mentioned has been charged off last quarter. It accounted for a good portion of the total loss.

Obviously, if the company is not turned around, the cash cushion will be eroded. But at this time, cash stands at $3/share, and no debt.

If TEAL's products are excellent, then I'd feel very comfortable with the current stock price.

Regards,

Tom
