It just hit me. I now know why Syquest was up today on big volume.

It seems the Syquest disciples read the IOM thread and picked up on the 20 to 1 reverse split post. Guess they didn't read the disclaimer.

That must be it. It would be too silly to think anyone in their right mind would buy this stock on a projected monthly sales rate of 17K.

BTW, Syquest is now back up to where it was a week ago!!!

Removable cartridge systems, meanwhile, use DVD technology and allow
massive storage in a removable form. One cartridge system comes from an
industry leader, Syquest. This drive, the Quest 4.7, will be released next
year. It will be priced at about $600 retail, and store 4.7 Gbytes on each
cartridge, equivalent to a double-sided DVD RAM.
