I am not making an observation on the very short term possibilities. One wonders where we will be a year from now with a normal Summer and Winter.

If I was going to bet on the weather I would bet another hot Summer.

The reduction in coal generation capacity will play out over the next few years. Having experienced $2 NG again, perhaps the E&P's will have more discipline this time around with their drilling dollars.
