Actually Mike, I think people said the suit from mork
was an admission of his short interest in the stock.
It was said anyone can file a suit,but that does'nt
mean they will win it,or even get it into court.

Mike you do not have to re-file yoiu just need to add new parties to the suit. In this case a new corp. RMIL. Olympus wasn't necessarily abandoned I would assume they are still an active name that can be used in the future. Mork's attempt to steal it was not sucessful. Where did you get the idea that it was successful?
