Satish, you raise some interesting points

I and many analysts (just guessing)figured that the TI purchase of AMTX as an offensive move. It is now beginning to look more and more like a defensive move. Also remember that the TI DSP chip C6XXX is still not available. I am hoping that AWRE's current stock price reflects this past viewpoint, so I am more optimistic than usual (but then again I am always optimistic and usually disappointed by reality) that we will see some upward movement back into the mid-teens.

Anyway, I think that we will see a long period of musical chairs with companies switching one way or another (see Ascend and Alcatel), and one shouldn't read too much into it (in terms of long-term success).
