Yep - that's GZ's thread and there are quite a few sharp tools in that shed.

Start a TA thread and we'll round up some people to give their views on a variety of stocks & their chart patterns. I'm sure John, Vendit, Jorj, Stocktrash (all of which I think do solid T/A) as well as some others would join in. I prefer stocks & ETF's over straight up options trading and there are a number really good minds on SI that watch different sectors and chart styles.

We used to work better as a collective on SI but the market went south and some of the "collective" aspects were lost. So, I think it would be great if you started a new thread - I'm all about it!

Hi Parick, GZ is a great guy... but they don't go into laborious detail on their technical systems these days... about 10 years ago.... GZ or Don W..... or someone was doing a good job of teaching Joe Granville s Climax Indicator system..... that was many moons ago....

we have embarked on the Compendium of Technical Analysis technics thread..... as of this morning... as per your request..... and I think I mumbled something about accepting that assignment.... then the Tape self destructed.... so the forensic accounts... and even the NSA are not really sure what the heck we were ruminating about.... chuckles and grins...... and Good Grief Charlie Brown
