Could this be the result of naked short selling?

Thanks, Roger, for your figures; I wonder if we could find a reliable source somewhere, since what I used obviously wasn't. I was trying to get a sense of what the float is, and what proportion of the float is owned by institutional investors--especially if they have been selling big time. But it doesn't look as if the figures are anywhere near the truth. If insiders as you say hold 1.8 million shares, and the total outstanding is 5.3, does that mean the float is 3.5 million shares (rather than 1.6 as Signal Private Network claims)? And if institutional investors own about 1.3, are 2.2 in private hands?

It would also be interesting to find out when the institutional investors made their purchases. Have they been on a while, and are now just taking their losses? Have any come on board on the recent signs of a turn-around?
