Well....you could .....but it would be true as to Obama.....and false as to Reagan.... Reagan was perceptive in that he recognized that a well placed push could cause the USSR to collapse...and he pursued policies to make sure that happened..... I get it, but the truth is that Reagan actually CAUSED the collapse of the USSR and it was his stated objective to do so. Further, he set out with some specificity how he would do it before he did. So, it makes the leftist argument pretty hollow. And we got missile defense to boot. Not a bad way to spend 100B, when consider we spent almost 10x that on "stimulus" and didn't get crap for it.
