OT- "but a good investment". Only a good investment if it works.

Sincerely, what job will we train these high school dropouts to do?
There are plenty of high school, as well as college graduates, that can't find a job.
Our local Papa Johns is always looking for drivers which is something, they have set themselves up for.

A local reporter, unemployed after new management took over, has chosen to write about her search for a job. In her latest column she spoke of applying online for Lowes.

Agree to a background check, a credit check, and answered 85 multiple choice questions, with both the best and worst answers to each question.

Do these peoples backgrounds and credit look good? If not, are we wasting our money on training?

Next, do we force employers not to look at such things?

Many of these people painted themselves into a corner.

There is an old saying: You made your bed, now lay in it.
