He looked less that great, imho. Not as healthy as I would of suspected. Having never of seen him live I might of been viewing the normal, on screen version of him. No idea. His supplement regiment is down right scary (to me) oddles and oddles of pills... His skin looked 'tired'.. ;) but his wit and mind seemed to be on task and remained cogent all through out the 2-3 hr lecture, including q/a from the audience.

I get the impression he is getting a tad obsessed w/ this immortality thing as time tics away... He was less focused on 'things' and more on the brain and capturing the mind image. He really want's to live forever... whatever that means to him.

Funny thing about the talk... the crowd was 70% 55 and older with the remainder well into college age. As he spoke, many of the 55+ nodded off and seemed either confused or simply not interested... His topics are far reaching and require a flexible mind no doubt. The younger crowd was riveted as if star struck...

I'd see him again... and remain interested in his working... Just hope he does not succumb to the fate many genius that preceded him did... obsessed and sequestered to his lab/home...
