I think its important to remember that Apple was not the entity that opened up trade with China. I thought it was a mistake then, I said so publicly, of course no one listened, and its come back to haunt us. But its like Pandora's box, once opened you cannot close it. Apple has no choice but to compete in the global market, for manufacturing and for customers. Its of no use to complain. China is headed for its own OS, the best thing Apple can do is try to stay ahead. That means selling a lot of products so it can continue to attract the best and brightest.
