Growing pains? Are you concerned about the company finding enough people to handle the tasks? If so, this is astute on your part. This was mention by one of the Keane sons (I can't remember which) in an IDB interview some time back. He indicated that the need for people was there. Finding them and then keeping them there was tough. It is a very competitive market place; one that is actually in favor of the employee right now. Keane is not only having to compete for business, but also for employees with the knowledge and experience to work for them. KEA is not alone; this in an industry wide problem.
