I believe that with networkers, the takeover bids seem to be tied to a multiple of sales. Several individuals pointed this out to be 6 to 8 times sales, normally. Using this for a basis in calculating a potential bid from a suitor, it is not unreasonable for ASND to fetch 40 -- $45. Also, I seriously doubt LU would stray from the time-honored, ever-enduring custom of "haggling". Surely they offered the lowest bid within their range deemed acceptable, expecting a counter-offer.
