the Money wizards that work at the Central Banks and have all come out of Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank .... The power and networking of the Rockerfeller Private Office and the Rothchild office just to name a few of the truly global elite....... Know how to crank the volatility up and down and shake out the bulls and bears and even the average doctor or partner at a big 4 accounting firm...... through cranking up the votalility and scaring the vast majority to sell at market panics and then turn round within 5 years and get them fully invested in asset classes and then causing a crash in that market that lets them buy up more and more assets for cents on the dollar. And it's not the Central Banker that are orchestrating this it's a number of Trillionare's that have the money in so many Foundations, Trusts, Caymen and Swiss accounts that you could never figure out who controls most of the wealth in the world.
