Bob Tyndall ------------------------------------------------------------------ ERHC Sells $4.3 Million of Notes in Private Placement NEnvironmental Remediation Holding Corp. announced that the company has sold $4.3 million face amount of the company's 5.5% Senior Secured Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2002 and related Common Stock Purchase Warrants in a private placement to a limited number of ''accredited'' institutional investors. The company has realized approximately $3.8 million in net proceeds, after commissions and offering expenses, from the private placement. James R. Callender, Sr., the company's COO, said, ''We are grateful for this expression of investor confidence in management's plans for ERHC.''
