I suspect that one of the bidders is going to be the guys at second lien. They can bid with their bonds at par providing they make the DIP whole with real money. Before folks get excited, I don't think the random second lien bondholder gets to play in that playpen. I owe Isgur a letter of concern about that possibility. I kept one single bond so that I would have standing in the case. We will see what happens. I am not sure that the adversary proceedings complete prior to when the bids have to go in.
