David, You should take a serious look at what You'r drinking or what ever it is You are doing. In one post You say one thing and in the next you contradict You'r self and You'r spelling is getting worse than mine. You call it typo's and I call it habit, I mean twice in one short post, WOW, Thats not very good word management. I am sure you have the qualifications to deterine 'professional' I think I will stick with My own ideas on how to "determine professional" management ability. LOLROF. Frank.
