Well, it wasn't me. Tried to pick up another 150 NAUH. Used AON this time. Of course it traded .04 below my bid. New campuses are coming around. 4.2% while I wait. Insiders own 50%. Over $1 per share in cash.
Definitely off the radar screens.

< Net income attributable to the company for the fiscal year 2013 third quarter increased 208.1% to $1.6 million or $0.06 per diluted share, based on 25.6 million shares outstanding, from $500,000 or $0.02 per diluted share based on 26.6 million shares outstanding in the prior-year period. The decrease in the number of shares outstanding is a result of the company's repurchasing of over 838,000 shares as a part of its 2011-2012 stock repurchase program.

As of February 28, 2013, the company had cash and cash equivalents and investments of $33.1 million, working capital of $23.8 million and stockholders' equity of $52.3 million compared to cash and cash equivalents and investments of $30.6 million, working capital of $24.6 million and stockholders' equity of $50.7 million at May 31, 2012. The company has no outstanding lending debt of any kind. >
