There are no hold times with FarSight. What about SureTrade (of course they charge for the phone stuff). I don't want any part of 'hold times'

All I can go by is if I call to speak to John Cullen, I have a human on the phone just as fast if not faster (if that's possible) than I do at Farsight. Another question I have for NDB is can you get a human 24 hours 7 days a week. Farsight has limited time that you can actually get a person. This is a problem if you need to place an order for the open on Monday over the weekend with a human or if you have a problem with your checking while shopping on the weekend.
