A federal judge ruled Friday that the government must make the most common morning-after pill available over the counter for all ages, instead of requiring a prescription for girls 16 and younger. In his ruling, he also accused the federal government of “bad faith” in dealing with the requests to make the pill universally available, and said its actions had been politically motivated.

Well that settles that doesn't it? You think we should have a copy slipped under brumar's nose so he can whine some more? And just as i was speaking today on the issue of universal rights to contraception its good to see that one of the highest magistrates in the US has now concurred with us.There will be much whining, biting & clawing & wringing of hands i'm sure, another thing to bluntly bitch for days & weeks about from the sanctity of their chairs, but its a done deal now.

there's more to the story, but thats good enough for now.
