Alpha Minerals (AMW-V) increases financing to $12.28-million from $7.28 million April 9, 2013 - News Release Alpha Minerals Inc. has amended the terms of the bought-deal private placement that was announced earlier on April 9, 2013, such that the number of non-flow-through units to be issued has increased from 500,000 to 1.75 million, and, accordingly, the gross proceeds of the offering has increased from $7.28-million to $12.28-million. All other terms of the offering remain unchanged.
