Hmmmmm....the first thing I notice is that even though you are presenting this in the most SKEWED way possible to show Clinton in a bad light, his WORST year STILL looks better than Bush's BEST year.

Also, the guy that's trying to make Bush look good includes the phrase, "the Bush deficits were not insanely bad". That from the guy that is trying to make Bush look "good".
