I can see an 11 yr old, buying with her friends multiple doses of this and taking 2, 3, 4 or more times the recommended dose ... 'to be sure.'

"when an 11 year old dies from this, can't you read ?"

Why don't you answer the question? If an 11 year old dies breathing air or eating lettuce or skateboarding or falling off a wood pile...I guess one can sue. It does not mean they will win.

Now, there has never been a death caused by an MA pill to my knowledge. So what is your point? You are wondering who to sue if somebody takes a contraceptive pill and then falls off a wood pile or chokes on a sandwich and dies?

You figure it out for yourself. People are always dying and people are always suing. It is the American dream writ large. I don't give a shit who you sue. So there is your answer, Bubba.

"and the gov wasn't sued just the manuf who said you can't use it for that."

Are you suggesting that the manufacturer is saying their contraceptive pill cannot be used as a contraceptive? Are you suggesting thery filed to oppose this ruling by the good judge? Are you suggesting the law is ignoring or subverting evidence from the manufacturer of these pills? You know something that none of the media is talking about??
