So now the only talk is about water. Interestingly, the merger has not been consummated officially, since there apparently has been no physical cash infusion that has been formally announced. Water is all that fundamentally interests me in this company, when the merger materializes, what do you think will be a fair value? What the longs here seem to be ignoring is that this company is still solely in the garment business. And we know that another I care about PURE water, pepsi and coke are not entering the garment business, they are entering the WATER business, what is a fari value after the merger goes through and contracts for the PURE water is verified?I am having a difficult time understanding why no one else seems to be the least bit concerned. All good things will come in time. What concerns me is the vagueness of the info you provided, if you knew it was a countersuit, why all the games? If you are hear just to give us the facts, why do you twists and distort them and make them vague, save me Mike.Yet another promise is being expanded in the water business. Even the size of the orders I am hearing may add only marginally to earnings on a fully diluted basis. And the company's record of hitting targets announced in news releases is, at best, a mixed picture. The potential of an economic slowdown in the far East makes the prospects of commanding premium prices for the water marginal at best, IMHO. And the local business is highly competitive, read: lower margins. No matter how slow economic activity is anywhere, if you do not have FRESH water to drink you will give the shirt off your back to live. How much would you pay to save your life? The local business is GHIGHLY competitive, but for reasons i must state over and over and over, that will only HELP RMIL, who has brainwashed you that a little guy with a superior CHEAPER product cannot win, how many examples do I have to provide? And none of the shareholders seems the least bit concerned that the financials are very, very late. I remember when the company promised financials in late 96 and delivered the end of March. It is simply amazing to see posters making excuses for management, like they're too busy to fulfill their fiduciary duties to the SEC, and shareholders, for whom they work. That is right, they do work for me, and if it was between answering questions to the sec on a bogus press release from an admitted short or securing a deal in TAIWAIN for 30 million I would rather they do that, of course money does not matter to you, does it?"Mr. Morgan spent the Labor Day weekend in Jamaica where Olympus Ventures shipping line CEA is finishing the refurbishing of their flagship 'Pilar del Caribe'". "By promoting the shipping line, our presence will be felt throughout the Caribbean" says Mr. Morgan". Owning CEA gives us the competetive edge we need in the garment business. Consistently visiting all of the major ports gives us an accurate pulse of the market place, which greatly influences the pace at which we want to grow. I think North America is just beginning to take advantage of the manyh resources available to us in the Caribbean and Central America." Not only can they ship garments with these boats, but they will pay MUCH CHEAPER freight to ship their WATER too, yet you say they cannot compete internationally, I say they have really got their act together and are smart enough to have their own fleet for shipping GO RMIL.Mr. Morgan said he thought it might be best to walk away from that ship in the 10-K, perhaps for good reason. The unconfirmed rumor is For shame, why are you posting rumors, I just want facts, it makes good sense to me for them to have their own fleet to ship that PURE water all over the world, ESPECIALLY TO TAIWAIN, then they pick up the garments and ship them back here then we send the water back their, AMAZING, they are really smart in shipping aren't they? Making good use of the ships both ways, America needs cheap garments, they need cheap water, I see big profits. Is the stock worth $2 a share?...................nope....it's worth $500 or so. Just ask Riley. Or me.
