Melissa is saying the same thing Hillary said: "it takes a village". We live in a society and yes if the parent is not, or cannot educate the child, the society should at least offer to educate them. And yes raise taxes and offer free education for everyone. Oh, and when I say MSNBC is like a university, I mean all the programs put together. You RWers always want to quote one thing you think is nuts. They do that all the time. It is the totality of MSNBC and all their hosts and guests that one must judge! Even in the best university you will find the occasional professor or subject which is wrong or you don't like, but overall you get a superb education.
