Most gun collections are handed down from grandfather to father to son. Why on Earth would somebody be required to pay $60 per firearm to an FFL that does nothing to simply give the gun collection to the next generation? All the gun crime is by hispanic and black gangs in cities over 200K persons. What in the F does that have to do with families handing guns down?

A strong majority of the U.S. public not only supports requiring background checks for all gun purchases, but also supports requiring gun sellers to keep a record of their sales, according to a new HuffPost/YouGov poll. It doesn't matter. The white guys want their way.
