1 out of 6 americans are on Medicaid...... and it is currently due to run out of money in 2016...... and these are the people who will go out in the streets and burn down large sections of cities.

................every single person I have talked with is in my opinion, behind the curve as to how dangerous the North Korean Nuclear crisis is.

The Joint Chief of staff of the Military was in congress today and agreed today that the North Koreans have the technological capability to attach a Nuclear bomb onto one of their 2200 mile range ballistice missiles.

They have moved them to the east coast and are fueiling the rockets.

(this all my own commentary even if it's in SI's quote bubble

The North Koreans recently began fueling two road-mobile Musudan intermediate-range ballistic missiles located along the east coast between the cities of Wonsan and Hamhung, according to intelligence officials.

The officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said in addition to the 2,500-mile-range Musudans the North Koreans could conduct test firings of several 620-mile-range Nodong missiles and shorter-range Scuds simultaneously as a way to thwart U.S. missile defenses.

Unlike earlier launches, the North Koreans are not expected to provide advance warning of the timing for the launches, such as announcing a sea and air closure zone, because of heightened U.S. and Japanese missile defenses.

The Pentagon has at least four missile-interceptor ships in the region equipped with SM-3 interceptors. Additionally, long-range interceptors based in Alaska and California are ready to counter any missiles fired toward the United States.

The SM-3 is capable of hitting some intermediate-range missiles but analysts say the interceptor would be stretching its capabilities in hitting a Musudan because of the high speeds of the missiles......

It could not be learned if the U.S. ground-based interceptors are capable of knocking out the last stages of a Musudan, which are believed to have enough range to reach the U.S. military hub of Guam, in the north Pacific.

“The United States and Japan are preparing to shoot down the missiles if they fly over Japanese territory or are aimed at U.S. bases in the region,” said one official.

If they drop a nuke on Tokyo...... and I have been there..... they have something like 20 million poeple and it's the key city in Japan.............if you effectively destroy Tokyo.......... you destroy the Japanese economy.

the world sits on a 3 legged currency stool.... The USD, the EUR and the JPY.

If you chop off the JPY Leg of the stool it collapses..... the global economy contracts by 30% and the GRF(Great Financial Crisis) of 2008 -2009......looks like a walk in the park. and bingo you are back in the 600's in SPX.

and there is no financial market concern of this.

On Sunday, 28 June 1914, at approximately 10:45 am, Franz Ferdinand and his wife were killed in Sarajevo, the capital of the Austro-Hungarian province of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by Gavrilo Princip, 19 at the time, a member of Young Bosnia and one of a group of assassins organized by the Black Hand. [4] The event led to a chain of events that eventually triggered World War I.

The couple had previously been attacked when a grenade was thrown at their car. Ferdinand deflected the grenade and it detonated far behind them. He is known to have shouted in anger to local officials, "So you welcome your guests with bombs?!" [27]

The royal couple insisted on seeing all those injured at the hospital. After travelling there, Franz and Sophie decided to go to the palace, but their driver took a wrong turn onto a side street, where Princip spotted them. [27] As the car was backing up, Princip approached and shot Sophie in the abdomen and Franz Ferdinand in the jugular. He was still alive when witnesses arrived to render aid. [4] His dying words to Sophie were, 'Don't die darling, live for our children.' [27] Princip had used the Browning .32 ACP cartridge, [28] [29] [30] a relatively low-power round, and a pocket-sized FN model 1910 pistol. [31] The archduke's aides attempted to undo his coat but realized they needed scissors to cut it open. It was too late; he died within minutes. Sophie also died en route to the hospital. [32]

A detailed account of the shooting can be found in Sarajevo by Joachim Remak: [33]

One bullet pierced Franz Ferdinand's neck while the other pierced Sophie's abdomen. ... As the car was reversing (to go back to the Governor's residence because the entourage thought the Imperial couple were unhurt) a thin streak of blood shot from the Archduke's mouth onto Count Harrach's right cheek (he was standing on the car's running board). Harrach drew out a handkerchief to still the gushing blood. The Duchess, seeing this, called: "For Heaven's sake! What happened to you?" and sank from her seat, her face falling between her husband's knees.

Franz Ferdinand (18 December 1863 – 28 June 1914) was an Archduke of Austria-Este, Austro-Hungarian and Royal Prince of Hungary and of Bohemia, and from 1889 until his death, heir presumptive to the Austro-Hungarian throne. [

when the Archduke Ferdinand was riding down the pararde route in Austrian in 1914 ..... someone tossed a bomb in his open touring car. He simple picked it back up and tossed it back out of the vehicle. .....and "what me be concerned" he also commented on this is how you great visitors......continued on his Parade tour route....no lock down no cancalation of the pararde......... He obviously felt invincible....

he went to the hospital to give comfort to the victims of the first assination attempt on him that day, but did not feel concern that it was time to call it a day and
get to a secure safe palace.......

and thus he was shot.......It's the 100 year cycle of a significant war breaking out and it seems like the financial markets have the exact same mentality....... nothing bad can happen to me.

I don't like that mass psychology.

Hi Y,

here is a chart........GOLD is in a very interesting and fairly complicated pattern.....it has many elements
of a market that is in a descending triangle which usually one of the most reliable chart patterns to which would suggest that we will break the horizontal baseline support and in that case a reasonable target for the ultimate end of the decline would be about $400 lower than 1923$ price top out in Sept of 2011 and these jagged lows
in say thw 1528-1535 range....... the chart looks lousy and I would not be looking to buy this support but would be shorting it on a break 2 day close below $1500 andwondering what will be happening in the global economy if it goes down $400 bucks from here.

The very deep momentum generated on the RSI on it's Feb 2013 decline almost mandates that this chart is going go break down and the price of GOLD denominated in USD is going lower.

The XAU is down 50% and is showing a double momentum buy signal, but a quarter of those companies are on the financial rocks....... if GOLD breaks down and we see a meaningful decline, then I do not know how you can say that TA is Nonsense.

Our FED and the Central Banks of the world have driven us off into fantasy worlds........ but I would not throw the baby out with the bathwater......... Interesteing the XAU..... which is down from 228 to 128...... that chart is actually showig a double momentum buy divergence...... but remember its for the companies that staty in business....

John

PS constance brown has written an excellent book on TA that has been updated in 2012.....she has a very interesting of using a methodology of using specifice ema averagers overlaid on the RSI and I believe she's on to something good.

I hope to discuss her methodology..... and maybe generate a few books sales for her sometime soon.
