09 April 2013 Stephen Colbert: Commencement Address at Northwestern University

"In my experience, you will truly serve only what you love, because service is love made visible. If you love friends, you will serve your friends. If you love community, you will serve your community. If you love money, you will serve your money. And if you love only yourself, you will serve only yourself, and you will have only yourself. So no “winning.” Instead, try to love others, and serve others, and hopefully find those who will love and serve you in return.”

Stephen Colbert

Me, I try, I guess reality, the insanity, is just finding a peace within yourself, for what's the old
cliche, no one can love you until you love yourself. Is that true? -g-
My daughters good friend joined the Marines and going to Pendelton soon, I tried but then who
am I to know what's best for him. Maybe just maybe he might be the one to save us from
ourselves?

Again I'm just a speck that want's to learn more, it's never to late, for I know I have a voice,
finding it has been the difficult part. -gg-

And then this is brilliant....

"what people need is Freedom and Justice ....I try not to offend Truth, naive at ever being arrogant enough to think one is worthy to be in its Presence? What is inside your being is all the universe you need to conquer and surrender to......reason is not a justification for insanity. ~j~"
