Zebra,
Could you explain why the importance of who bought the PP is of concern? I also posted before seeing your post.

Zebra... I went back and looked over PP and stand corrected on issue of warrants. I eroneously thought that warrants were issued in conjunction with the PP. This is a common occurance and assumed that they would hit the market. In answer to your thoughts on DD and institutions selling on $1 and $2 point moves, they do it everyday, more frequently than you think. Again, I want to see list of players to pass judgement on whether they want to flip. Also, the way the stock acted today it looked like one firm was shorting stock. They MIGHT be shorting stock now vs delivery of registered stock after s-3 is effective. This is all legal and is done all the time. Please do not think that all of this jabber makes me bearish on TPRO I am not. My trenches experience always makes me wonder "Can I buy this stock cheaper" with supply you almost always can.
