Where did you get 34% of Magellan for 66% of Ashtech stock?

Ashtech gets 34% of the combined company (Magellan), Orbital
gets 66% of the combined company (Magellan). Ashtech ceases
to exist! Actual valuation is hidden, and can only be inferred
from publicly available business models.

Ashtech is more advanced in some areas, but Magellan has the
better market growth path (I think). Ashtech managemant takes
over. Again, the key here is that Chuck Boesenberg has grown
Ashtech since 1994 and doubled profitability. Magellan appears
to be bleeding money. Expect massive restructuring within
Magellan to restore profitability.

Have you seen any IPO's in the last two years that were based
on bottom-line? The underwriters love story-stocks they can
parlay into momentum plays. Growth is the key to this.
