That "they would represent just 0.0045 percent of the total" (if even found guilty) isn't the POINT, Al. It's that raising it an an actual issue deflects attention from the massive voter suppression efforts that Republicans attempt EVERY election. Even raising in-person voter fraud as an issue is PART of the voter suppression effort! THAT's the point!
