Stock opens 10 a.m. @ 29 - 31, climbs to approx. 34 and waits on new news. If NT or LU plan to play, this is when we should find out. If NT or LU play then the stock climbs to close at 38-39 (on the target number of $40) as indicated in the companys demand price on the rejection statement of the $35 offer. James good ideas, but Instinet opens at 8am so forget about a delay, the only way it can be delayed is actually if the company asks for a halt on the NASDAQ. You would be right if it traded on the NYSE and that would be called a buy/sell imbalance. Eubie
