Flan-
I would be more than willing to pass along all three of the analysts reports. Problem is, I had the reports faxed to me, so they are not in a format I can e-mail (sorry, I don't have a scanner). So, do you have a fax #? I will get them right over to you.

With respect to the stock, obvioulsly, things have been pretty quiet lately. ITII generally takes a pretty conservative posture, when it comes to IR and promoting the stock. Like you, though, I am pretty surprised that, despite analysts estimates of $1.80 ish/share in '98, the stock hasn't done much lately. Not too many stocks, whose earnings are growing 15-20% annually are trading at 13-14X '98 EPS.

For those who remain patient, however, the gains will be solid. As I have said before, based on how conservatively ITII manages estimates, I think there is a good chance for ITII to earn between $1.90 and $2.00/EPS in '98.If this happens, the street should reward the co. with a stock price of $35-40.
