I'm not Roger but I will share my opinion about Citrix Systems.

The high valuation of CTXS is a direct reflection of the company's strong position in the rapidly growing client-server software market. If this market grows as fast as industry pundits say it will grow then CTXS is a good buy. However, as has been demonstrated in the past year, CTXS is very vulnerable to a rapid price decline at the first indication that the momentum is faltering.

If you have insider information that indicates growth will falter then by all means go short. On the other hand, if you simply believe that CTXS is overvalued and still want to short then you might as well go to Vegas where at least its understood you are playing a game of chance.

I personally hold 60 shares long simply on the basis that the Windows based client-server market is growing very rapidly and Citrix stands to benefit the most (in junction with MSFT) from this growth. I really have no idea where CTXS will go in the short term but I am confident that the stock will double from its current value in 16 - 24 months.

David, I think CTXS is a great short at $78 provided you can hang in there if it spikes up before it tanks.
