Election of five directors to terms expiring at the next annual meeting; 2. A proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company to TAVA Technologies, Inc.; 3. Approval of an amendment to the 1992 Employee Stock Purchase Plan to increase to 300,000 the number of shares of Common Stock available for sale under the Plan; 4. TMex: thank You for posting that msg from Raymond J. Norris; if i were to take the time to post my own opinion on TPRO it would essentially mirror Mr Norris' thoughts. What a wonderful "speculation" we have here. The profit takers have been shaken out and new capital necessary to bring in new clients has been obtained thru Private Placement. I am half-way to obtaining the number of shares necessary to conservatively make 1 million on TPRO and am able to slowly remove from the market the funds required to purchase the additional shares i need to comprise my target position. Thanks to the unequalled research and reporting on this thread AND the demonstrated competence of TPRO management as they have orchestrated the companys' entry into the y2k arena we ground floor investors have been able to apply DD, acquire a position in the stock and evaluate its ST/LT potential with virtually NO panic;and NO sleepless nights To date this is a dream stock.....pinch me when its over.
