Al, so what if early voting is mainly done by blacks? If it isn't there, they should be able to vote during the normal hours, right? If long lines are a concern, that should be brought up at the state and local levels.

Of course Republicans are going to pull off tricks in order to try and tilt the vote in their favor. Democrats also pull off tricks of their own. Remember how Al Gore only wanted Democrat-favored counties in Florida to be recounted? How about the times Democrats try to make it difficult for those in the military voting with absentee ballots?

How is any of this "disenfranchisement"? If you can vote, you can vote. Period.
